How BeeHired handles your data.
What we store
Your email address (to sign you in), the CV you upload or paste, your search-profile parameters, the job offers on your board, and the AI results you generate. We also keep a basic activity log (which actions you trigger) to operate and improve the service.
How it is used
Your CV and search profile are sent to our AI provider (Anthropic) only when you trigger a tool (CV check, tailoring, cover letter) or a job scout, to produce your results. Your data is never sold or used for advertising.
We send you a magic sign-in link and, if you enable the daily scout, a digest of new offers. Emails are sent from beehired@beecom.digital.
Your rights
You can edit or clear your CV and search profile at any time, and permanently delete your account and all associated data from Settings → Danger zone. Deletion is immediate and irreversible.
